Schweitzer Engineering – Vaccine Clinics
The SEL Health Clinic is hosting two Pediatric COVID-19 community events that will be available to ALL children ages 5-11, be sure to reserve your spot.

- Monday, November 8 – 3:00pm-6:00pm at the SEL Event Center (1825 Schweitzer Dr, Pullman, WA)
- Tuesday, November 9 – 3:00pm-6:00pm at the SEL Event Center (1825 Schweitzer Dr, Pullman, WA)

Families will need to make one appointment per child and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Patient Acknowledgement and Screening Form (please see attached) for each child’s appointment. The booster shot will be automatically scheduled 3 weeks later at the same time as the child’s primary dose.
