PEA and District Partnership

Since August of 2018, PEA representatives have met monthly with Superintendent Bob Maxwell, Assistant and Superintendent Roberta Kramer to collaboratively discuss matters of importance to both parties. We are excited at the growth our district is seeing as a result of the mutual trust, respect, and positive intentions modeled in this collaborative relationship. We look forward to continuing these meetings and seeing great growth as a district, which in turn leads to positive outcomes for our students!

Notes from all PEA and Pullman Public Schools Joint Meetings can be found below.

In an effort to address concerns noted in a resolution presented by the PEA to the school board on June 13th  2018, PEA representatives met with administration representatives (Bob Maxwell and Roberta Kramer) twice a month to discuss concerns in a positive, productive manner. In an effort to be fully transparent regarding the content and status of these conversations, updates and notes were provided to all staff and the community regarding progress. The meeting notes below (approved by all in attendance) note resolution items, PEA desired outcomes, action steps, and a few other discussion notes. We are committed to collaborating and serving our students as a team!
