Peachjar - Request to Distribute Materials

FLYER DISTRIBUTION IN OUR SCHOOLS

In our effort to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology/trends, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. Pullman Public Schools utilizes an electronic flyer distribution service called Peachjar. Peachjar sends approved flyers about different events and activities from school and community organizations directly to parent emails. Parents will be able to view these flyers at any time using their school's flyer board link. Flyers remain on this board until they are set to expire.

Pullman Public Schools does NOT distribute paper flyers to parents. School principals do not have approval privileges. All flyers are REQUIRED to go through the district.

FLYER DISTRIBUTION: FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

FOR-PROFIT organizations (ie. your organization operates with the goal of making revenue) must register with Peachjar as an Enrichment/Community Organization. Using this account, you will then be able to submit flyer requests to our district.

Peachjar may charge a small fee that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school (ink/paper/gas or bus/taxi fare to drive to each school to drop off flyers).

Peachjar may grant you one (1) free flyer per month, under their eligibility guidelines (one parameter is the event must be free).

We do not allow Solicitation. Flyers asking for a registration fee will not be approved unless it is advertising a service, program, or activity that is non-curricular but has social, recreational, or educational value for students.

Flyers will automatically state on the bottom:

"This program is not sponsored by Pullman Public Schools. Approval to distribute flyers is a community service and does not imply endorsement."
