Facility Rentals

Our school facilities are a great asset to our community and we make every effort to make them easy and economical for community groups to rent!

Conditional Use
of Pullman School District Outdoor Facilities
During Phase 3 of Safe Start Washington

Outdoor youth activities that request to use Pullman School District outdoor facilities during the Safe Start Washington phased reopening must adopt a written procedure for adult and child participants that meets or exceeds the school district procedures and complies with guidelines from the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).

The plan must include the following:

  1. A plan to educate participants on how best to prevent transmission of COVID-19 while participating in that activity. Hygiene protocols such as hand washing, etc.
  2. A daily health screening procedure for all participants in the activity and method to keep those records on file. (sample form)
  3. A procedure in place to restrict the number of people at the activity to less than 50. This includes advisors/coaches, participants, officials and spectators.
  4. A plan to require everybody to wear a cloth face covering that covers their mouth and nose.
  5. A plan to maintain, whenever possible, six-foot physical separation between all participants.
  6. Cleaning, sanitizing, and/or disinfecting protocols for participants. Groups must provide their own cleaning supplies.

This plan must be filed with and approved by the Pullman School District before the start of any activity use of school district outdoor facilities.

Note: School facilities may be closed at any time in response to recommendations from the State of Washington or the Health Department.

Failure to follow activity health plan and/or Department of Health guidelines will result in the termination of facilities use.

Rental rates help us partially cover the cost of staffing, utilities, and maintenance.

The Pullman School District facilities are available for community purposes provided requested use does not interfere with educational or district programs. District facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that use will always be given first priority. Activities must be consistent with the best interests of the district and not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program.
