Thank you for your interest in our Facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can.


  

How to Rent a Facility

   

Step 1: Register for an Account 

click here to register for a new account on our facilities rentals page      All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the 'Register' icon to the left. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an email confirmation. Below is a video that provides an overview of this process.      
       


Step 2: Log In and Reserve  

 Link to login to facility rentals page      Once  your account is created, you can start making facility reservations. Click the 'Log In' icon to the left to reach the login screen. The video and Quick Start Guide below will further explain the reservation process.

Requirements for Making a Reservation

In order to reserve a facility, a current proof of general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 must be uploaded to ML Schedules. In addition, if your group will be involved in any kind of athletic activity, in accordance with Senate Bill (SB) 5083 and House Bill (HB) 1824, coaches will be required to disseminate information included within our athletic risk information pamphlet to parents and students regarding the risks associated with participation in these activities. After reading and understanding the information, coaches will be required to submit a signed statement of compliance, agreeing to the information as prescribed by HB 1824 section 2 and SB 5083 section 3.


 

Reservations

If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the district.

Certificates of coverage and compliance forms can be uploaded directly into ML Schedules. If this function is not working, they can also be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to our fiscal office at 240 SE Dexter Street.
 
The Pullman School District facilities are available for community purposes provided requested use does not interfere with educational or district programs. District facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that use will always be given first priority. Activities must be consistent with the best interests of the district and not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program.
