Sid’s Pharmacy is providing a Flu & COVID-19 vaccine clinic for Pullman School District students, families, and staff. The vaccine(s) can be given to anyone ages 6 months or older.

- Copies of insurance card and ID required
- Required forms must be completed prior (see below)
