Pullman School District Seeking Volunteers to Fill Open Positions on PSD Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Task Force

Pullman Public Schools strives to ensure that each and every student achieve their full potential. In pursuit of this mission, the District has formed the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Task Force with the goal of improving cultural awareness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The task force works to identify and recommend areas for improvement related to DEIB strategies district-wide to the Board of Directors.

The Pullman School District Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to fill the open positions on the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Task Force. Volunteers will provide input and take on specific assignments related to DEIB. The Task Force will address DEIB issues relevant to the district and its schools and will submit their findings and recommendations to the superintendent and/or school board, following Policy and Procedure 4110.

Open Positions:
  • (1) Pullman School District Staff Representative
  • (1) Pullman School District Administrator Representative
  • (1) Disability Awareness, Access, & Inclusion Representative

All applications must be submitted by: 11:45pm on Monday, April 6

The Pullman School District Board of Directors will discuss and appoint committee members in an open public meeting on Wednesday, April 15. Applicants will be notified after the Regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 15.
