Pullman School District Seeking Volunteers for PSD Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Task Force

Pullman Public Schools strives to ensure that each and every student achieve their full potential. In pursuit of this mission, the District is working to form the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Task Force with the goal of improving cultural awareness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The task force will work to identify and recommend areas for improvement related to DEIB strategies district-wide to the Board of Pullman Public Schools.

The Pullman School District board is seeking volunteers to join the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Task Force. Volunteers will provide input and take on specific assignments related to DEIB. The Task Force will address DEIB issues relevant to the district and its schools and will submit their findings and recommendations to the superintendent and/or board, following Policy and Procedure 4110.

The Pullman School District Board of Directors will discuss and appoint committee members in an open public meeting on Wednesday, September 25. Committee members will be notified after the Regular Board Meeting on Wednesday, September 25.
