Welcome to Information Technology Services

Technology is an ever-increasing part of our daily lives. We wake to it, brush our teeth with it, work with it and even depend on it to keep us safe and warm. Today, we would be hard pressed to find but a few areas of our lives that are not impacted by technology. This is why, as Director of Information Services, I am so dedicated to ensuring that our students and teachers are empowered with the best technology that is both available and affordable.

I lead a team of highly motivated technologists like myself. We focus on current technologies that have a proven track record of impacting learning outcomes at all ages and grade bands. We work hard to keep access to technology high while keeping costs as low as we can.

Over the past 10 years, we have implemented district wide Gigabit fiber, a new digital phone system, Cloud services, and a Course Management System affectionately known as the PEP server. We have increased access from 280 systems to over 1100 desktops; and the demand is still growing. We now manage over 8 Tera Bytes of data and make that data available to your students and our staff 24 hours a day.

Over the next few years, we will implement district wide wireless, a BYOD (bring your own device) support system and will continue to strive for excellence in everything we do for your students and our staff.

IT is no longer an ancillary function of the business model, it is a core technology and we appreciate the continued support of our community members. You enable us to advance our mission.
