Capital Projects Advisory Committee (CPAC)

Public schools belong to the entire community, and funding for capital improvements is generated though voter-approved bond measures. It is essential community members help develop and review a facilities plan for the future of Lincoln Middle School so it reflects the values and priorities of the community.
The mission of the Pullman School District Capital Project Advisory Committee is to develop a bond proposal for the remodel and addition to Lincoln Middle School to present to the Board of Directors.  The committee is not specifically making design recommendations, but rather recommendations as to the scope of the project and the estimated cost to perform that work.
