Chromebook Check-Out for Students

Pullman Public Schools recognizes that not all families have enough devices for their students at home. We have Chromebooks available for families that do not have a device per child for their student/s to utilize for educational activities during this school closure. Families are welcome to schedule an appointment with the Pullman Public Schools Technology Department to checkout a Chromebook – parents will simply need to fill out a short form to borrow. Chromebooks will need to be returned at the end of the school year.

Chromebook Checkout Process

Once requested, parents will receive an email with a pick-up date and time. Please note:
  • To avoid a large gathering of people, we are spreading out scheduled pick up times.
  • Please do not bring your student(s) to the building. If they are with you, please leave them in the car. This process should only take a few minutes.
  • If you cannot make your appointed time slot, we completely understand. Please let us know so we can adjust the schedule.
  • Please be courteous of others and maintain a 6' distance from other parents.
  • You will need to sign a form for each device you will be taking. This is to help us keep track of the device by tag number.
  • If you know your student’s ID number, please enter it on the form along with the student name. If you do not have the ID number, you will STILL be allowed to check out a Chromebook.

Pickup will be at the Pioneer Center (240 SE Dexter Drive) https://goo.gl/maps/cJYCr6ThfRxYKAbf8.  You will enter on the east side of the building through the large door adjacent to the parking lot. You will exit through the South door… See the map below
